1. WHO CAN USE OUR SERVICES?

You may use our Services if:

  • You are of legal age to enter into an agreement or have obtained parental or guardian consent to participate in our activities if underage.

  • You comply with all applicable rules, guidelines, and laws during sessions and while engaging with our services.

2. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

  • All sessions and block bookings must be paid in advance.

  • Refunds are only offered for unsatisfactory sessions or under specific circumstances as outlined in our refund policy.

  • Payments for block bookings or promotional packages are non-refundable.

3. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations without sufficient notice or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session.

  • Sessions cancelled with proper notice can be rescheduled for a mutually convenient time, subject to the limit of one rescheduled session per block booking.

  • In case of weather-related cancellations, we will notify you on the day, and affected sessions will be rescheduled free of charge.

4. LIABILITY AND SAFETY

  • Participants take part in sessions at their own risk, and APcoaching will not be held liable for injuries or damages unless caused by negligence on our part.

  • Customers may be required to sign a waiver before participating in sessions.

  • We follow strict safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all participants.

5. CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOR

  • All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward others during sessions.

  • APcoaching reserves the right to remove participants who display inappropriate or disruptive behavior without a refund.

6. CHANGES TO SERVICES

  • We reserve the right to modify session times, locations, or other aspects of the Services.

  • Customers will be notified of changes as soon as possible.

7. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

  • These Terms are governed by UK law.
